2017 – Working for America

The 2017 NAYGN and 64th Annual Nuclear Energy Assembly will be held May 22-24, 2017 at the Westin Kierland in Scottsdale, AZ.

“Working for America” promotes the linkage between nuclear energy and our core American values, such as global leadership, reliable/safe/clean energy, strong communities and workforce, innovation/technology, entrepreneurial spirit, delivering the nuclear promise through efficiency, etc.

Registration is now live!  Register for the conference here.

  • Before April 24, registration for NAYGN members is $650.
  • After April 24, registration for NAYGN members increases to $750.
  • After May 15, registration for NAYGN members increases to $850.

Resort attire is appropriate for all conference sessions and events.

Core Meeting, 2pm-6pm

Sunday May 21
Core Meeting, 8am – 2pm
Regional Leads Meeting, 2pm-3pm

Local Chapter Leads Meeting, 3pm-4pm

Chapter Health Workshop, 4pm-5pm (open to all leads and members)

We encourage Local Chapters to set up their chapter-wide or fleet wide dinners and events on this night because there are planned socials on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Logistics:
Make your hotel reservation directly with the Westin Kierland online, or call 480.624.1000, and identify yourself as an attendee of the NEA to secure your room in the conference block.  The rate is $255 plus tax per night.  The closest airport to The Westin Kierland is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).  It is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel.
