Career Awareness

Careers in Energy Week

October 12-18, 2015

Careers in Energy Week is held each year to celebrate a critical workforce that provides a vital service to our nation and to raise awareness of the rewarding careers available in the energy industry. From line workers to customer service operators to electrical engineers, these men and women work tirelessly to ensure that businesses and homes across the country always have the energy they need.

The nuclear energy industry supports 100,000 high-paying American jobs in a wide range of fields.  To celebrate Careers in Energy Week, the North American Young Generation in Nuclear will be hosting 3 separate webinars discussing the career opportunities in the nuclear industry focused on middle school, high school and college students.
