DESCRIPTION:Our Leadership\, Education and Development (LEAD) program team has built an 11 month long professional development cohort that will provide its participants with 16 hours worth of leadership\, management\, and communication skills\, 6 hours of guidance from industry executives\, and an incredible network of fellow members. \n\n\n\nWe are looking for individual contributors planning to make the jump to supervision and supervisors planning to make the jump to management\, but the program is open to anyone looking expand their skillset with their industry peers. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe goal is to build a cohort of 20 NAYGN members to navigate through this initial program. Each month\, a unique leadership session will be provided and you will have the opportunity to attend this session based on your schedule. We will then hold a cohort only session every quarter to reflect on the past leadership sessions as a group. During this session\, you will have access to industry executives and leaders with the goal of honing your skills\, strengthening your relationships\, and growing your network. To effectively function in this program\, we believe you will need to set aside at least 3-5 hours per month. \n\n\n\nApplications for this program are due by May 5\, 2021! \n\n\n\nWe will be announcing the cohort participants during the 2021 NAYGN National Conference on June 7 – 9\, 2021. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWill you be one our first NucLEADers?!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nApply Here
