In anticipation of this celebration\, NAYGN is pleased to share the Nuclear Science Week Children’s Book Reading Guide as well as the associated raffle contest. \nNuclear Science Week Children’s Book Reading Guide: A practical resource that helps NAYGN chapters plan and lead engaging children’s book readings during Nuclear Science Week. The guide includes recommended books\, event-planning steps\, discussion prompts\, activities\, and tips for introducing young students to nuclear energy. \nNuclear Science Week Book Reading Raffle Contest: A chapter-wide challenge that encourages NAYGN members to host and report children’s book-reading events during Nuclear Science Week. If you have ideas for how NAYGN should operate and what initiatives we should pursue in the future\, consider submitting your name during the open nominations window!\n\nAll NAYGN members under the age of 36 are eligible to apply. In 2027\, the open Board positions are as follows: Vice President\, Communications Officer\, Public Information Officer\, US Operating Officer\, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer.
