Join NAYGN in supporting our annual drawing contest. This year’s theme is “What would you [nuclear] power?” emphasizing the large amounts of clean energy a single nuclear power plant can supply.

Students in grades 4 to 6 are eligible to participate. Submissions should be made as PDFs by scanning 8 1/2″ x 11″ drawings. PDFs should include a scan of the back of the drawing, which should highlight the student’s name, school, grade, city, state/province, T-shirt size, and teacher name.

Prizes will be provided as follows:

  • First Place – Tablet, NAYGN T-Shirt, Honorary NAYGN Membership, Award Certificate, and a pizza party for the student’s classroom (~35 students)
  • Second and Third Place – Educational Science Kit, NAYGN T-Shirt, Honorary NAYGN Membership, and Award Certificate
  • Each winner’s school library will also receive a collection of books and materials about nuclear science and technology. The names of the winning student will be included on the material to honor their achievement.
