Personal information that you voluntarily disclose to NAYGN either online or in writing through this site, social media, meeting registration forms, survey response forms, , or e-mail sent to NAYGN, is added to the relevant NAYGN database to enable our processing events, to update our databases, to enable us to make appropriate responses, and to allow us to analyze and improve our efforts. This information usually includes name, e-mail and/or physical address, item or service purchased or requested, meeting attended, or topic of interest, and may include credit card data if you place an order online. Member information shall not be distributed for any purpose to a third party (member or non-member) outside of the Board of Directors without prior approval of that member.

NAYGN uses information voluntarily submitted via this site to develop e-mails and social media distributions. Member information (name, company, email, phone) may be made available on a member roster, distributed only to NAYGN members, if approval is granted on the membership application form or by electronic written communication. Individuals who would like to “opt out” of receiving additional communications from NAYGN should contact us to have their names removed from our lists or utilize the member center to reduce enrollment. Corrections or other changes may also be made by contacting us or utilizing the member center tools.
