Best Chapter in Knowledge Transfer and Retention
This award recognizes a local NAYGN chapter’s exceptional efforts in addressing Knowledge Transfer and Retention (KTR) within the nuclear industry. The award highlights chapters that effectively meet NAYGN’s KTR objectives and demonstrate innovation or advancement in KTR practices. The submission should showcase a single event conducted in 2024 that demonstrates Knowledge Transfer and Retention efforts and is described in detail to satisfy the voting rubric. The event may be something that is held annually by the chapter (e.g. an annual lunch and learn), but duplicate submissions for an event that has previously won will not be accepted. Each submission must highlight a distinct event that has not previously won this award.
