NucLEADers offers a nine-month training series which cultivates leaders through applications, meetings, and collaboration, embodying NAYGN's commitment to nurturing leadership within the nuclear industry.

AMP provides a platform for mentorship, enabling NAYGN members to network with industry leaders, share knowledge, and empower the next generation of professionals, aligning with our values of mentorship, knowledge exchange, and community building.
