Submissions Due for Pillars of Engagement Contest: Public Information

Each quarter, the NAYGN Engagement Committee will be spotlighting one of NAYGN’s pillars to drive events within this category at the regional level!

All chapters are encouraged to participate by doing the following:

• • Host a unique, focused event within the quarter’s category,
  • Submit metrics via the NAYGN website, and
  • Utilize the NAYGN communications request form to share a post-event recap to the NAYGN communications team.

Submissions are due for the Public Information category!

Drawings will be held for a winning chapter each quarter. There are two ways to enter the contest.

1. Post Events of the aligned Pillar in the NAYGN Metrics. 
   1. There will be a $250 prize for the winning chapter for the quarter.
   2. Each metrics entry will be counted as one entry in the drawing.
   3. The Engagement team will review submittals to determine if the entry is eligible for the contest.
   4. Chapters must submit their metrics for the associated event within the calendar quarter to enter.

2. Social Media Abstract with Pictures submitted to NAYGN Communications. 
   1. $100 dollar prize for the winning chapter for the quarter.
   2. Each submission counts as one entry in the drawing.

   4. If you have graphics, materials, etc. that you would like to be included, please email them to communications@naygn.org after you submit your request.

Prizes are to be utilized for the operation of the chapter (shirts, children’s books, chapter lunch, flags, etc.) but it is ultimately up to the chapter for the best use.
