2025 NAYGN Student Continental Conference Scholarship

Calling All Graduating Seniors and Graduate Students!

We’re excited to invite you to apply for a scholarship to attend the third stand-alone NAYGN Continental Conference from Sunday, June 22, 2025 to Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Denver in vibrant Denver Colorado, USA. Nestled against the Rocky Mountains, Denver boasts stunning views and a dynamic cultural scene. Despite its forward-thinking approach to clean energy, nuclear is notably absent from its sustainability efforts - a gap we intend to help close.

The conference will bring together young professionals and industry leaders to advance our commitment to “Energizing the Future of Nuclear”, specifically in Denver. We’re honored to welcome Colorado State Senator Larry Liston as our special guest. Attendees will have the chance to advocate for nuclear energy, participate in skill-building workshops, engage in technical discussions, and expand their professional networks.

Scholarships Available!

NAYGN is pleased, once again, to offer conference scholarships that will cover registration, hotel, and travel for selected students. Last year, we provided seven (7) conference scholarships to students who joined over 470 nuclear professionals from around the world to build their skills and connections. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the industry, and we encourage you to apply!

Eligibility:

Graduating seniors and graduate students currently enrolled in a North American academic institution (college/university/trade school) with an interest in working in the nuclear sector (e.g., engineering, health physics, technology, policy, skilled trades, HR, operations, communications, law, etc.) are eligible to apply.

Scholarship Details:

Selected students will receive conference registration, reasonable airfare, and shared hotel accommodations with another scholarship recipient. Meals and incidental expenses are NOT covered.

How to Apply:

Complete the application, including your resume and a reference, by Friday, March 15, 2025. The conference committee will notify scholarship recipients by April 1, 2025. Limited scholarships are available, so apply early!
