For the fourth year in a row, the River Bend NAYGN chapter has organized and decorated a float for the annual St. Francisville Christmas in the Country Parade. This year the River Bend float took first place in the decorating contest out of the 60 floats in the parade. It isn’t obvious from the photos, but a lot of time was spent making and repairing the giant paper mache world. There were raccoon attacks of the paper mache project as well as a series of earthquakes that nearly split the world in two.

Raccoon attacks? That is awesome. Way to persevere.
