Canadian Chapters Trip to Proposed Meaford Pumped Storage Facility

The Westinghouse Canada, NWMO (Nuclear Waste Management Organization), and Bruce Power NAYGN chapters toured the proposed site of TC Energy's pumped storage facility in Meaford, ON. After attending a lunch & learn on the project earlier in the week, the group won the weather lottery for a tour of the 4th Canadian Division Training Centre. At the site, the group toured the proposed location of the reservoir and learned about how local and Indigenous engagement has shaped the technical aspects of the project.
