As the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer, you would be a voting member of NAYGN’s Board of Directors. You will be responsible for upholding and advancing an inclusive culture within NAYGN, including:

  • Engaging with and promoting diverse membership;
  • Providing a communication channel for members to raise concerns and taking ownership to ensure violations in NAYGN’s values are properly elevated and addressed;
  • And providing recommendations to NAYGN’s Directors and Committees that support NAYGN’s Vision and Mission by valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As the Diversity Equity and Inclusion officer you will also lead this committee:

This position is a two (2) year term. Applicants must be under the age of 36 at time of nomination.
