Nominations Open for 2026 Board of Director Positions

Nominations are now open for the 2026 NAYGN Board of Directors elections!

Any NAYGN member may be nominated to be part of the Board of Directors. NAYGN's Board is responsible for leading the organization to ensure that NAYGN supports the needs of members and the larger nuclear industry. Responsibilities include planning initiatives centered on the four pillars of NAYGN and overseeing strategic committees serving NAYGN’s mission and purpose. If you have ideas for how NAYGN should operate and what initiatives we should pursue in the future, consider submitting your name during the open nominations window!

All NAYGN members under the age of 36 are eligible to apply. In 2026, the open Board positions are as follows: Vice President, Professional Development Officer, Treasurer, Technology Officer, and Canadian Operating Officer. All positions (with exception of vice president) are two-year terms.

The Board also ensures all NAYGN committees are operating at high standards of excellence to give members opportunities to get engaged on a continental level. The future of NAYGN depends on having a strong Board of Directors.
