Event Recap: Constellation Kennett Square Chapter Q2 Executive Lunch and Learn

This event centered around NAYGN members being able to interact with a member of the Executive Team, learn about their segment of the company, and ask development questions to someone who has ascended the career ladder. The event started with Dave Lewis (Constellation VP of Engineering Growth) giving an introduction of himself, his career, and the efforts underway in his organization. Following the information section, the floor opened for questions on topics ranging from personal professional development to hardships Dave encountered and how they were overcome.

This event tied strongly to NAYGN's Professional Development pillar, giving members the opportunity to hear about a real path to the executive team, learn from the successes and failures of someone who made it there, and explore opportunities for both personal development and development of the company. This is a quarterly event featuring presenters from different portions of the company, providing a wide range of perspectives to learn from and developing members' understanding of the company's sectors.
