2025 NAYGN Annual Report

In 2025, NAYGN led with intention — and with a renewed focus on listening to the voices of our members. Throughout the year, consistent feedback from chapters and regions reinforced a clear message: members want to be engaged, supported, and empowered to lead. That input directly informed board priorities and decision‑making, helping us stay focused on what matters most — our people. As a result, 2025 reflects one of the strongest years of engagement, accountability, and measurable impact in the organization’s history.
